Requirements:
Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred., Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)., Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care experience, ideally within a Medical-Surgical or similar unit., Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer medications safely., Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems., Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills., Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet patient care needs.
